Ryan Schiesser brings a servant-hearted approach to his work as a co-founder of Innovative AI Consult, drawing from his experience as a U.S. Naval Officer and multi-business owner to help organizations navigate the evolving landscape of AI. He is passionate about making technology accessible and impactful, particularly through ventures like Appalachia Media and Marketing. Grounded in his faith and guided by a strong commitment to family and community, Ryan lives in Portsmouth, Ohio, with his wife Audrey and their three children. He approaches each endeavor with humility and a desire to serve others well.
CJ Justice

As an AI Integration Specialist and partner at ICA, CJ brings a fresh perspective and community-minded approach to the team. Drawing from his background in human resources and client support management, CJ understands firsthand how technology can transform organizations and streamline operations. Beyond his work helping businesses navigate the AI landscape, CJ serves on the board of Scioto Christian Youth Athletics and coaches basketball in the league, reflecting his commitment to community development. His passion for both innovation and local impact drives his approach at ICA, where he focuses on empowering organizations with practical, accessible AI solutions that make a real difference in their day-to-day operations.
Brady Carter

Drawing from his extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration and workforce development, Brady Carter brings a unique perspective to Innovative Consulting Associates. From his senior leadership roles in healthcare to his position as Director of Workforce at Future Plans, Brady has consistently demonstrated his talent for driving organizational success through strategic planning. Having experienced AI's transformative power in building individual capacity, Brady now leads strategic initiatives at ICA to help organizations harness AI's potential through simple, practical implementations. When not helping clients transform their operations, Brady enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife Natalie and their four boys.
